MIIRA didn’t begin with a business plan.

It began with a feeling.

Trying to explain it usually makes it sound more serious than it is, so we’ll keep it simple.

It’s standing somewhere beautiful and only reaching for your phone to try and capture the moment for yourself. It’s filling your mouth with food and drink from the earth over conversations that bring you back to yourself, knowing the person you’re laughing with is feeling it too. It’s pausing all the noise and suddenly recognising yourself again.

This is what MIIRA is all about, and it’s what brought us together. One of us a busy lawyer/entrepreneur/mama from Australia, the other a biz-owner raised in Canada and now a local living on the island of her ancestors. Our Greek roots at the heart.

When you spend real time in Greece, you’ll feel that shift in your bones that stays with you long after you step back on home turf.
